Ultimate Anatomy Organ Buck 3D target

    Was reading the Dec/Jan issue of North American Whitetail and saw this amazing new (2014) 3D target. You shoot from the other side, and then you can see exactly where your arrow went and what it disrupted. I'm guessing it won't be cheap, but it's still a great learning tool. The only downside is you can't use broadheads.

    I know a lot of people who need this taped to the limb of their bow. It should be required to know the anatomy of the animal you are hunting. Great illustration.

    I do think the lungs are a little big tho. I don't believe they go back as far as this shows.

    Yes, the lungs do extend that far back but they taper to accommodate the liver and other organs. A shot that far back will result in a slow death as the liver will bleed out taking longer than expiration due to asphyxiation. Shots that far back in the lungs will result in death... eventually. Better be safe to aim further forward...
