Didn't know there was such a thing....or is it just hamburger helper using deer burger?

I used deer burger in chili and tacos...and of course for meat sticks and sausage.

Hamburger helper is literally one of the most unhealthy meals possible. Lol good but horrible for you.

I much prefer deer tacos, fajitas, and burgers.

Yeah, it's just hamburger helper with Deerburger instead. I love it! I'm only 28 so I can get away with it for another year or so. haha Bonus is the kids love it!

My daughter LOVES tacos made with deer meat. She calls them BAMBI TACOS. I haven't tried it with hamburger helper yet. May have to give it a try.

The last 2-3 deer I've killed this year I've just ground the whole thing up. Deer burgers, deer chili, deer spaghetti, deer tacos. You get the idea. We're having deer chili tonight. In fact I ground one up Tuesday. In my opinion its the only way to go it because it gives you so many options on how to prepare it. Now, this last deer I did keep the backstraps, beat them with a meat mallet, a little egg wash, a little seasoned flour and into the hot oil! Two backstraps gone in less then 24 hours! Kids loved it.

We just made some Tuesday evening, not sure which 'helper' it was though. Good to try something different now and then.

When we do our annual bologna batch, I usually pull out 5-8 lbs. right before we stuff. I substitute the hamburger with the bologna meat in hamburger helper. It gives it a nice spice.
