Hey Everyone! My name is William Altman and im the Director of Photography at Sicmanta Multimedia. Id like to share with you first, a little about myself and then a project we have been working on at Sicmanta. Im 23 years old and ever since I can remember bow hunting has been a major part of my life. Up through high school hunting was a full time hobby for me. Spent more time in the woods or thinking about the woods then anyone else I knew. Once high school was over, and I decided college wasn't my thing, it was time to figure out what I would do with my life. I had always played the dreamer card of how great it would be to make a living hunting. I had access to a good piece of ground at the time and convinced my dad to give it a go with me. DVD's we thought! Make a good DVD! We spent about two years playing around with that, filming each other on and off, learning camera techniques, collecting gear, talking to industry names and before to long realized being in front of the camera wasn't my forte. So I put down the bow and picked up the camera full time. I was now pretty comfortable with cameras and had a "portfolio" of sorts to try and land a larger job. Through a few connections I met Donnie Vincent. This marked the beginning of something major! For the past two years I have been following Donnie around the world chasing all kinds of game. Again two years of learning, planning, dialing in the system and finally we have something im SUPER excited to share with you all! We have a bunch of content and films to release in due time but here is the trailer to a truly special story. The second hunt I ever went on with Donnie, two years ago, was to North Dakota to hunt "Steve", a 6.5 year old whitetail that had been on his mind ever since the first photos of him as a 2.5 year old. The film documents our 2 year pursuit for this magnificent animal. The film will feature in the Full Draw Film Tour this summer.
