Ya, let us know how it turns out. I usually just make soup as when I cook it any other way. It is dry and tuff.
I've tried it twice now and it was really good. I have 2 breast halves left in the freezer right now. One is earmarked for turkey/jalapeno poppers. Not sure what I'm going to do with the other.
Cut in bigger than bite size chunks. Marinate in ranch dressing over night. Dredge in Cajun shore lunch batter and fry. Delicious
