Apple TV app not working

Ever time I try to use your web show Apple TV app I get a error code . I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and got the same thing

 

I didn't even know there was an Apple TV app for the show. I just stream it from my iPad to Apple TV. How do you even download apps on Apple TV?

 

Maybe mine is too old. Looks like just the new ones have that feature.

 

That's the first I've heard of it. I'll have someone look into it and see what we can find out.

 

I'm having the same issue so it's not just bushnlo.

 

Are you guys still having the issue? We tweaked a few things and got the app to load for us here in the office yesterday.

 

Just tried it and it is good to go!
