Good tips on P.L. scouting. They can be good for private hunts also. Only thing is I think theft would be a problem.
You're right but that happens on private land as well. I've have only had stuff stolen on private land and put cams on public land regularly. I'm pretty careful about where and when I put cameras out on public land though.
