So here's the bow I intend on turning into a bowfishing bow. Will this work? And what should I put on it? I'm thinking about going with the AMS kit. Any tips on getting started would be great to. Thanks.
That bow should work just fine. I'm just starting bowfishing this year as well and I decided to go with the AMS retriever pro. Out of all those I looked at it seemed best for a beginner and it was reccomened to me by a lot of people. Very easy to operate and no buttons to push. Here is the rig I set up. Good luck!
i love my AMS pro. works great you can fight the fish with the reel or hands i prefer my hands over reel. it tough to your bows get banged up in the boat.
