Checking regs

    Getting all my beans in a row on regs. haven't found yet but trying to find out if lighted Nocks are legal for Elk hunting. Its a draw tag, unit 12. anyone know?

    Dan I believe CO made them legal as of last year. I recall reading the reg in prep last year. lemme see if I can find it again.

    Lighted Nocks Approved for Colorado Bowhunters - Wide Open Spaces


    f. Scopes, electronic or battery-powered devices cannot be incorporated
    into or attached to bow or arrow, with the exception of lighted nocks on
    arrows.
    Recording devices such as cameras or video recorders attached
    to bows may be used as long as they do not cast light toward the target or
    aid in range finding, sighting or shooting the bow

    Yep - CO now does allow lighted knocks for archery.
