What hunting tool or accessory do you now have that you can't imagine not having, nor why you ever did without it?

Can't think of one. Could do without most. Hot hands would have to be the most advanced item I hunt with that I would actually miss. Late season that is.

Cellphone. Turn on that gps and map and just go wherever you want and no real need to pay attention on how to get back to the truck.

Careful. If your battery dies you'll end up lost in the woods like squatch.

My ATV is one I wouldn't do without.... I never even rode one until 2011 when I bought mine. I don't know why nor how I did without it. It has made hunting chores so much easier.

Then I should say my external battery pack as well. Plug that in and find the way back.

I don't go so deep where I can't find my way. It's just nice to search around and not worry about it and find certain areas and map them. Just makes it nice to "pop" out exactly where I want to be.

Tried permethrin for the first time yesterday when I went to check cams and set some new ones and I will not go out without that stuff again. The past 2 times I went out I pulled off about 30 ticks a time and didn't find a one on me or a mosquito this time! Walked about twice as far and through thicker brush setting new cams this time also great stuff
