Does anyone have one of these hawk hangons and how do u like them. Ther considerably cheaper then a lone wolf and would like to know how they perform. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Not a Helium but I do have a Combat by them and love it. Hawk are solid, one of the big things you'll hear as a detractor is not made in US.
I don't have this particular one but I just bought a Combat a couple weeks ago. Won't hang it for a few months but looks like great quality stand and their seats are amazing.
Just for those asking, the seats on the Combat and the one in the video are not the same, They offer a couple different varieties of seats. The Combat one is similar to LW and XOP, this one is similar to Milleniums.
Wel i do have the denali version. Its awsome comfy but its a double lader and kinda big would like some smaller stands. Dnt really care wer ther made it not a big deal to me not much we can do bout it. And if u want to spend twice as much for "Made in Merica" go ahead. Lol Jus dnt want them to be noisy or squeak
That was going to be my question! Where are they fabricated? Nice solid design but I'm concerned with weld quality. Muddy stands IMHO are welded by non welders and are crap. Not assuming that with the helium but it's a concern !
All I know is my stand I have of theirs and their one set of light aluminum steps are awesome and appear to be amazing quality especially given the price.
Looks like list price is $249. It's a nice looking stand, but not sure it should be priced the same as a Lone Wolf.
ahhhh ok cause i was looking at Lone Wolf assault and the Summit viper. there all pretty much priced all around each other but now having more options is making it hard to decide.
I am looking at a new treestand. I really Like the looks of Hawk's line up. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I like the look of their stands and use alot of bow hangers and smaller gadgets, but cruising by their Facebook page reveals a customer service nightmare. It's not as important to some, but customer service makes or breaks a product for me. Sent from my XT1254 using Bowhunting.com Forums mobile app
For on the go I still think XOP or LW are the way to go most likely if spending over $200.....if sub $200 I'm a fan of Hawk and Milleniums.
I have the Hawk Helium XL. It has the regular padded flat seat. Awesome stand!!! Very easy to use, super quiet, well built and very sturdy. I def recommend it for a hang-on. You won't be disappointed.
