Turkey Team #4

Checking in! VT doesn't open until May 1st, so I'll be living vicariously through some of you guys and putting some boots to the dirt in the mean time!

 

Depending on license availability, I will mostly be hunting on May 4th.

 

Also this is my very first year Turkey hunting! Any tips you guys have, I am all ears.

 

I honestly believe I get more excited with a Tom strutting near me than I do deer. Just be patient and don't rush the shot.

 

I use to hunt over there in KS. I remember you guys always starting about 2 weeks ahead of us. Good Luck!!

Should we be coming up with a team name?

 

Checking in from Ohio. Will start off in KY then Ohio ,Iowa,NY and Michigan. Might find a volunteer somewhere in the adventure !!!

 

I use to hunt up near Clay Center. There were always alot of birds up there.

 

I'm good with anything guys, I'm just not creative in that area at all.

 

I hunt around the middle of the state around Raymond and Lyons!!!
