Howdy! Excited to participate for the first time.

    Ben
    Live: Hudson, WI
    Hunt: Pepin Cty, WI
    Opener here is 9/12

No hit list at this time as my first kid (boy!) is due to arrive any day now. Getting the house (new) ready ate up must my summer.

May be going in blind but I plan to hit it hard from the start. Luckily my wife understands that even with a newborn coming she can expect me to be in the woods for opener.

Looking forward to getting to know everyone!

Welcome to the team, and congrats man. You'll have to keep us updated on the baby status. But I have to ask. Why would u not plan on hunting that deer? He's a brute!

I'm in Northern Virginia hunting the suburban areas. But we have some big bucks hiding around. Last year I got a 147" buck.
Still trying to locate my hit list this year. He's a bit of a phantom and rarely shows on cam.

Season starts Sept 6 and runs through April 26. But antlered is Oct through 1st weekend in January

Great deer avant. Lung buster anxious to find out what ya get on cam. I went out yesterday and made a new set up. I am hunting a new farm this year and am just starting to figure out what they are doing there. Found what seems to be a freagin highway down an old fence line, so I broke ground on a new mineral lick and packed some infracktion in it. Got a cam on it so now just gotta make myself wait to go in there and check it lol the hardest part

Jake checking in! Excited to be in the contest, I've been following BHOD for years but I rarely post on the threads and never had enough posts to enter the contest. I hunt in WI so my season starts Sept 12th. I've got a couple hit listers, may post pictures later. Been running trail cameras all summer so I have a pretty good grip on what is out there to hunt. Needless to say, I'm ready to start hunting!

Cantexian checking in. I hunt in central Arkansas. The season opens Sept 26 and runs until the end of February. I do not use trail cameras so I don't have any known hitlisters. I do know that a nice three year old 10 point made it through last season and should go about 130-140. Saw him twice last year, but not in range. I should not have any trouble contributing a doe. It is my first year hunting with my new set up so I am ready to get something down.

Hey everyone! My name is Tyler and I'm from Grand Ledge,MI. I do have access to land by my house but I do most of my hunting on my land in Northern Michigan. I put all of my trail cams out the last weekend in July and hoping to check them this coming weekend. I don't have the biggest bucks around on my property in Northern,MI but I usually shoot one around the 100-120" mark which is good enough to me. Season starts Oct. 1st and I can't wait!

So I couldn't stand it. Went and checked my cams just now and got a couple of new bucks I hadn't seen. Still no giants yet. But pretty good bucks. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1439856326.308549.jpg ImageUploadedByTapatalk1439856393.789949.jpg

Haha I know that feeling. Difficult to fight the urge of checking an easily accessible cam.

Good looking bucks along that old fence line. Is this fence line buried in the woods or separating fields?
