Maryland takes the Battle of the States 2014 Competition!

Well...this didn't go quite like expected but Maryland definitely showed up and took the competition easily.

Not sure this will occur again since the turn out and submitted deer was lower than figured but was fun to see Maryland surprise many and take the competition by a big margin over 2nd place!

I'm surprised that there wasn't more participation, either way I enjoyed it.

Yeah, I was pretty disappointed in how the turnout ended up. Thanks for putting in you time to this contest Ty. Congrats Maryland, put a lot of buck on the ground!

I would imagine that anything within 50 yards or so (well within most peoples shooting distances) that it would be fine
