Traditional Team for 2014

Have y'all ever considered doing a Traditional Bow team for 2014? I think it would be kinda cool. Just a thought.

 

Traditional shooters aren't real bowhunters :P

 

And with that I have inadvertently started the trash talking, game on:-) lol

 

One of the guys on my team last year put a doe down with traditional gear.

Then you will get some wanting a crossbow category.

 

Possibly, I'm not trying to start a new category just a team of trad shooters, just for fun. It's just a thought nothing more.

i still shoot my longbow

 

You can always gather up a group of 12 trad guys (in or out of the contest) and make a team outside of the competition and see how you stack up

 

Thanks for the info Fitz! I love shooting bow, compound and traditional. I only own a trad right now and will be only using it for the season. I know us trad guys use some old school stuff and don't have all of the bells and whistles but we can still get the job done. And maybe we can stack up pretty good against some of the other teams.

You do realize your team would be outside the competition right? Teams for the contest are picked at random. I've included his post from last year's thread for clarity.
