Let me on a team!

Not this year, but I would like to get in on this for next year.
First, a couple questions...

When does the season start?
How do I go about getting recruited to a team, starting my own, or is it a drawing system?
Are there women's teams? My wife would like to get on a team as well.

Any information would be helpful or just point me in the direction of a thread. (I searched to no avail)

Look for sign up thread next fall. Men and woman are on the same teams. Must be a member and have oger 50 posts on the forums.

You're about 8 months early to get on a 2014 team.

 

Teams are set up by draw and then you just have to sign up in thread at beginning of the hunting season. Just make sure you both have enough posts to get on. Here are the rules!

Also just for a FYI there are also a shed hunting contest that they do the same way. Sign ups should start here soon in the shed hunting forum

What are the requirements one would need once they are on a team, or is there a forum about it.

 

The info for this past contest can be found here. Next years will pretty much look the same. The winning team stays the same so they can defend their title and everyone else that signs up gets drawn to teams in August.

Is it 50 now? I could have swore it was 25 this past year. Either way, there is a minimum post count, just to make sure that people are active for at least part of the off season.
