Its not looking good for me getting a buck. I have tomorrow morning and then maybe a day or two in the expanded zone and thats it. I did take my daughter out with me for a little while this afternoon.Team 28 - The Backstrap Brotherhood-imageuploadedbytapatalk1353705506.084720.jpg

She did not last long, but it was still fun

It's a huge forked horn with 1 inch brow tines. I pulled the jaw and aged him at 5.5. It's a neat rack and I was more than excited to have the chance to harvest such an old buck, from the ground, at less than 50 yards

Good luck to all you guys still trying to tag a buck. My season is all but over, we have a couple loose tags laying around but we laid the smack down this year for sure.

That was a great thread atlas, glad that you and your family have had such a great season. Memories like those are priceless!
Thanks guys, I put a tape on that 6 point and it came out at 108 and change. less than 3 inches of that were browtines so it had 105+ inches just on a 4 point/forked horn frame. Now if I can get one like that with my bow...
