Rates: $13 Weekday $26 Weekend per night

I spoke with the campground today and they are excited to host us for a 6th year now. As with years past I have reserved the entire primative camp area.

You need to call and tell them you are with the bowhunting group and give them your name and dates that you will be staying.

For anyone not familiar with the setup we have. You will not be assigned a specific campsite. We occupy the entire primative area. This space does not have water or electric. We are just a short 2 minute walk to the public bathrooms and showers. We are also located between two ponds so bring fishing poles if interested. Upon your arrival we will point you in an area that you can setup your tent and park. If this is your first time at the campground with us please do not get all setup till one of the regulars helps with a spot. The campground is very kind enough to let us shoot our bows in the area so we need to make sure we keep that area cleared of tents & trucks.

I'm hoping to be down there to camp and partake in the festivities. But I have to check work dates for me and the girlfriend first.

 

Understand that! I put in my vacation request for this 6 months ago! I will be in camp 3 months from today! Can't wait!!!

Yea I was lucky and when the date was posted I am on vacation but I have to double check on the Girlfriends vacation/ plans. It sounds like its a blast so I hope to make it!

I'm set. I called & left a msg 2day. Will B arriving on Thur morning. Can't wait. Ferg, maybe we'll plan a fish fry for Thur nite. Sammiches for Fri.?

I am planning on touching base with the campground in the next few days. Has anyone had any trouble getting on the list for a spot? I am hoping to get the guest issue that we have had in the past resolved this week so anyone that is local and not staying at the campground should be able to get in and visit with us friday evening unlike a few issues before where they would not let people in that weren't staying at the campground.

 

Booked for friday and saturday night.

I stopped in at the campground over the weekend. Was really surprised how many campers were already in the park! Hope everyone is making reservations!

 

Oh and just so everyone knows when I win the half billion dollar lottery tomorrow might I will definitely cover the cost of camping for everyone! Maybe I will just buy the campground!

 

Who all is showing up thursday ferg? I just happen to be off from work thursday also, may ride up a day early if anything is going on.
